WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

Shanon Thomas was convicted of first-degree murder in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1111, 113, and 1153, and sentenced to life imprisonment. He appeals from his conviction, arguing that the district court1 erred in denying his motion to suppress, his motion for judgment of acquittal, and his motion for a mistrial. We affirm.
