Goldie Lujoyce Holt pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting a scheme to defraud Wal-Mart of more than $675,000 by the use of fictitious money transfers. Holt stipulated in the plea agreement to $265,747.32 in restitution to victim Wal-Mart.
