Yellowbird Bus Company ("Yellowbird") appeals the District Court's dismissal of their complaint against Lexington Insurance Company ("Lexington") and five individuals: Carmen Batista, Jose Rosado, Brendi Lopez, Neena Meeker, and Fanny Cepeda (collectively, the "individual defendants").
