GREGORY, Circuit Judge:

In this case, a criminal defendant challenges his sentence for a drug conspiracy conviction, arguing that the district court erroneously denied his request for new counsel and improperly imposed an obstruction of justice sentencing enhancement. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the denial of Perez's motion for new counsel, but reverse and remand the case for resentencing because the district court did not find the necessary...
