Plaintiff Larry L. Moore is a frequent filer of lawsuits and is indigent. In this action, Plaintiff seeks money damages and other relief against Defendant Maricopa County Sheriff's Office resulting from alleged mistreatment of Plaintiff when he was a prisoner.
