Petitioner Manuel Damaso-Mendoza, a citizen of Mexico, seeks review of the decision by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) that he is removable despite being a lawful permanent resident of the United States. The BIA determined that Petitioner's Colorado felony conviction for menacing, see Colo.Rev.Stat. § 18-3-206 (2000), was a conviction of a crime of violence as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 16, and therefore an aggravated felony...
