In this case, defendant-appellant Chris Lee was indicted for narcotics violations in connection with a scheme to import cocaine. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced principally to a term of 235 months' imprisonment. On appeal, he contends that his sentence was procedurally and substantively unreasonable. See United States v.
