A jury returned a verdict in favor of Southern Wine & Spirits of Nevada ("Southern") on its claims arising out of a distributor agreement with Mountain Valley Spring Company ("Mountain Valley") and a verdict in favor of Mountain Valley on one of its counterclaims. Notwithstanding the verdict, the district court granted judgment as a matter of law to Southern on Mountain Valley's counterclaim but denied Mountain Valley's motion for judgment...
