A jury convicted appellant Marcus T. Powell of two counts of distributing crack cocaine, and the district court sentenced him to 420 months' imprisonment for those offenses. Powell now claims that evidence offered against him regarding his other drug dealing activity was inadmissible, that the jury was allowed to hear testimony regarding his likely sentence if convicted, and that the court should not have instructed the jury on an aiding-and...
