Barbara Jean Pacheco pled guilty to conspiring to distribute at least 500 grams of a mixture and substance containing methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(b)(1)(A)(viii). The district court1 denied Pacheco's motions to withdraw her guilty plea and sentenced her to a mandatory minimum 240 months imprisonment.
