Raymond Moore sued Vital Products, Incorporated ("Vital") in federal district court. He alleged racial and sexual discrimination, a hostile work environment, and retaliation, all in violation of Title VII, and retaliatory discharge in violation of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act ("IWCA").
