This appeal arises from an action brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") on behalf of Albert Bernard Pearson, Keith Wilson, and Gradian Graham, present or former African-American employees of Xerxes Corporation ("Xerxes"), alleging a hostile work environment on the basis of race, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 ("Title VII").
