Dennis Jamison ("Jamison") was convicted of possessing a sawed-off shotgun, in violation of 26 U.S.C. §§ 5861(d) and 5845(a). During his trial, the district court permitted the government to elicit testimony from Jamison's wife, Michaell Jamison ("Mrs. Jamison"), on cross-examination regarding Jamison's aggressiveness.
