PER CURIAM:

This case involves a dispute about who is entitled to death benefits under Richard Smith's life insurance policy. Two individuals claim they are Richard's beneficiary and are thus entitled to the death benefits: Alice H. Smith, Richard's wife at the time of his death, and Alma Sue Smith, his ex-wife. Principal Life Insurance Company initiated this action seeking a determination as to who was entitled to the death benefits.
