Sheriff Ron Ball of the Hot Spring County Sheriff's Department appeals from the district court's order holding him liable in his official capacity under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for his alleged failure to train Deputy Sheriff Joseph Stephen Fite. Appellee Summer Parrish brings a cross-appeal challenging the district court's grant of qualified immunity to Sheriff Ball in his individual capacity.
