Defendant Isaac Headman was convicted in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado of first-degree premeditated murder, first-degree felony murder, and kidnapping. He appeals, raising the following challenges to his convictions: (1) that double jeopardy bars his convictions for both felony murder and the lesser-included offense of kidnapping; (2) that the government violated its duties under Brady v. Maryland,
