B-Line, LLC purchased a creditor's claim against Gerald Wingerter and filed a proof thereof in the Chapter 13 bankruptcy of Wingerter and his wife Janet G. Keller-Wingerter. This claim was purchased from an intermediary that was not the original creditor, although the intermediary had warranted to B-Line that the claim was valid.
