Tracy Carson is a bank robber who, in April 2007, held up and robbed an Indianapolis branch of Chase Bank. Following a tip from an informant and an independent investigation, the police obtained a search warrant and arrested Carson at a local hotel. In the face of the damning evidence seized at the hotel, including more than $100,000 in cash wrapped in Chase Bank straps and stamped with information particular to the robbed facility, latex gloves...
