Plaintiffs-Appellants Clarence Bryant and John C. Turner (collectively, "Plaintiffs") appeal from separate cases awarding attorney fees directly to Plaintiffs rather than to their attorneys under the Equal Access to Justice Act (the "EAJA"), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d).
