Chante M. Hayes ("Hayes") and Gwendolyn Silvers ("Silvers"), Hayes's aunt, were convicted by a jury of conspiracy to commit health care fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 1035, 1347 and 2 and one count of making a false statement relating to health care matters in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1035 and 2. In addition, Silvers was convicted of nine additional counts of making false statements relating to health care matters...
