Emanuel Camacho, Randy Knaub, and Jeffrey Romero were jointly indicted on a single count each of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. Each was convicted; Camacho and Knaub for conspiracy to distribute marijuana and cocaine, and Romero for conspiracy to distribute marijuana.
