PER CURIAM:

Pedro Mario Caro-Perez appeals his 87-month sentence for possession with intent to distribute cocaine hydrochloride, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(C). Caro-Perez argues that he was entitled to a two-level safety-valve reduction in his offense level pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 2D1.1(b)(11). After review, we affirm.
