SHEPHERD, Circuit Judge.

Scott Snelson pled guilty to one count of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344, and one count of aggravated identity theft in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1028A. His plea agreement contained a waiver of his appellate rights. He appeals the district court's1 denial of his request for a 30-day continuance and his sentence of 57 months of imprisonment. We affirm.
