Plaintiffs, J.Y. and D.Y, parents of M.Y. ("Parents"), appeal the district court's2 decision granting summary judgment in favor of Defendant, Special School District No. 1, Minneapolis Public Schools ("District"), on Parents' claims alleging violations of section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ("section 504"), 29 U.S.C. § 794 (2000), and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) ("§ 1983"). We affirm.
