LYNCH, Chief Judge.

A jury convicted Dario Giambro on one count of possessing a firearm, a 1914 "Marble Game Getter," that was not registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record (NFRTR) as required by the National Firearms Act of 1934. See 26 U.S.C. §§ 5841, 5845(a), (e), 5861(d), 5871. He now appeals his conviction.
