Michael Yannotti appeals from a judgment of conviction in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Scheindlin, J.). The jury convicted him of conspiring to engage in racketeering in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations ("RICO") Act. See 18 U.S.C. § 1962(d).
