JACOBS, Justice:

A Superior Court jury found Javon Lemons ("Lemons") guilty of Conspiracy to Commit First-Degree Murder, but acquitted him of charges of First-Degree Murder and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony. Lemons appeals from the Conspiracy conviction. On appeal, Lemons claims that the Superior Court erred by denying his motion for a judgment of acquittal because the evidence was legally insufficient to support a finding that Lemons conspired...
