STATE of Connecticut v. Barry PRINGLE.

Appellate Court of Connecticut.

Officially Released November 26, 2024.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Barry Pringle, self-represented, the appellant (defendant).

Brett R. Aiello, assistant state's attorney, with whom, on the brief, were Maureen Platt, state's attorney, and John Davenport, former senior assistant state's attorney, for the appellee (state).

Bright, C. J., and Westbrook and Eveleigh, Js.

The defendant, Barry Pringle, appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying his motion to correct an illegal sentence filed pursuant to Practice Book § 43-22.
