PER CURIAM.

The defendants Michael J. Iaquessa and Diane P. Iaquessa1 appeal from the judgment of the trial court approving the committee's sale of certain real property in Branford. Their sole claim is that the court violated their right to due process in so doing. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
