Plaintiff and appellant Southeast Corner, LLC, appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of defendant and respondent LF-120 Spalding, LLC. We conclude that the trial court rightly determined that plaintiff's claims against defendant are barred by the five-year statute of limitations set forth in Code of Civil Procedure section 336, subdivision (b).
