A jury convicted defendant Keith Tyson Thomas of the first degree murder of Francia Young (Pen. Code, § 187, subd. (a)),1 of kidnapping her for the purpose of robbery (§ 209, subd. (b)), of robbing her (§ 211), of forcibly raping her (§ 261, subd. (a)(2)), and of forcibly sodomizing her (§ 286, subd. (d)). As to each of these offenses, the jury found true sentence...
