Appellants Charles and Deborah Smith obtained a loan in 2004 to purchase a vacation home. They did not make the required payments and the lender foreclosed in 2009. Almost a year after the foreclosure sale, appellants filed this action seeking damages and injunctive relief for alleged wrongful foreclosure.
