Following a joint jury trial, Juan Pablo Murillo, Guadalupe Torres Rangel and Yovanni Velasquez were each convicted of the first degree murder of 23-day-old Luis Garcia, the attempted premeditated murder of Francisco Clemente, two counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and conspiracy to commit murder in a gang-related shooting on September 15, 2007.
