SUMMARY

In successive prosecutions, two juries convicted defendant Francisco Ramirez, Jr., of three first degree murders. The first murder victim was Raymundo Flores. Defendant and Ernesto Mejorado murdered Flores during a robbery, but the identity of the actual perpetrator could not be established. The next two victims, Jennifer Sanchez and America (or Erica) San Miguel, were murdered 12 days...
