Terry Halverson appeals from the judgment against him on his petition, under Probate Code section 17200, to invalidate the amended Bernice I. Negri Revocable Trust, which was executed by his 96-year-old aunt Bernice Negri ("Negri") in 2004 following the death of her son Ronald Negri ("Ronald" or "Ron")1 and less than two months before her own death.2
