Defendant and appellant, Frank Kegel, appeals the judgment entered following his conviction, by jury trial, for conspiracy to defraud another of property, grand theft of personal property by false pretenses (two counts), unlawful use of a peace officer's badge, burglary (four counts) and attempted burglary (Pen. Code, §§ 182, subd. (a)(4), 487, 538d, subd. (b)(2), 459, 664/459).
