INTRODUCTION

Appellant Juan Jose Cardenas appeals from the judgment entered following a jury trial in which he was convicted of first degree murder and attempted murder, with firearm use and gang enhancement findings. Appellant raises numerous contentions, including group bias in jury selection, evidentiary error, insufficiency of evidence, and spectator misconduct. We affirm.
