Defendant Brenda Sykes contends in this appeal that the court erred in granting plaintiff Gwen Rowe-Lee Sykes's Code of Civil Procedure section 473, subdivision (b)1 motion to set aside the judgment entered for defendant. We find no abuse of the court's discretion under the statute, and affirm the order on the motion.
