Several matters were scheduled for September 3, 2013 hearing. In response, Lister Harrell ("Mr. Harrell") filed several pro se requests that the bankruptcy proceedings be stayed until February 12, 2014 due to his incarceration and inability to hire counsel to represent his interests.
