This case is before the Court on the Motion filed by the Debtors pursuant to §522)(f)(1)(A) on June 20, 2008, to avoid the fixing of the judicial lien of Chase Bank USA, N.A. ("Lienholder") on an interest of the Debtors in property to the extent that such lien impairs an exemption to which the Debtors would have been entitled under §522(b).
