VÁSQUEZ, Judge.

¶ 1 After two previous trials had ended in hung juries, a third jury found appellant Joshua Huffman guilty of sexual conduct with a minor under fifteen years of age, two counts of aggravated assault of a minor under fifteen years of age, and two counts of kidnapping, all dangerous crimes against children, and two counts of armed robbery.
