Colie E. Crutcher, Jr., M.D., appeals from the October 24, 2005, judgment of the Sumter Circuit Court in favor of Iola Williams on her medical-negligence claims against him.1 We reverse the trial court's judgment and render a judgment for Dr. Crutcher.
