Ashley's Seining, Ashley Eaton, Eddie Eaton, and Sharon Eaton (sometimes hereinafter referred to collectively as "the Eatons") appeal from a summary judgment entered by the Sumter Circuit Court in favor of JMK Farms and James Kuykendall. We reverse and remand.
