OPINION

Jose Miguel Contreras Evangelista fired two rounds of gunshots at his neighbors' occupied trailer home. For this conduct, a jury found Evangelista guilty of two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree weapons misconduct, and seven counts of third-degree assault.1
