The wife and children of Gregory Allport recovered damages for past and future loss of consortium arising from the accidental shooting of Gregory Allport by Richard K. Reeder. On appeal, Reeder challenges the factual sufficiency of the evidence supporting the jury's verdict and contends the jury awarded excessive amounts for these categories of damages.
