Defendant, Gary Breaux, was charged by bill of information on May 11, 2010 with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, a violation of La. R.S. 40:967(B)(1) (Count 1), possession of diazepam, a violation of La. R.S. 40:969 (Count 2), and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, a violation of La. R.S. 14:95.1 (Count 3).
