The defendant, Joesia Wilson, III, pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute heroin in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966 A, reserving his right to appeal the trial court's denial of his Motion to Suppress. For the reasons that follow, we find no error in the trial court's denial of that motion and affirm the defendant's conviction.
