This matter is before the Court on the motion of named plaintiffs James Copeland, Earl Moorer, and Marshallene McNeil ("the Moving Plaintiffs") for final certification of a plaintiffs' class and approval of a settlement agreement that would resolve the pending claims of approximately 40,000 plaintiffs and compensate thousands of victims of race discrimination whose complaints have gone unanswered for decades...
