Plaintiff Unalachtigo Band of Nanticoke-Lenni Lenape Nation ("Unalachtigo") filed a complaint in District Court, based on the Nonintercourse Act, 25 U.S.C. § 187, seeking possession of land in New Jersey that previously constituted the Brotherton Indian reservation.
