Patrick Joffroin and forty-eight other homeowners ("Appellants") in the Clipper Estates subdivision in Slidell, Louisiana appeal the district court's dismissal of their lawsuit for lack of standing. Appellants are members of the Clipper Estates Master Homeowners Association ("CEMHOA"), and filed this lawsuit against the developers of the Clipper Estates subdivision ("Appellees"), alleging violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations...
